Step 1

If you are a new user click on the  New users  link and you will be directed to the Specify your country page. Next specify city/town locale from list. Next indicate the geographical area of your suburb or preferred suburbs within that city/town.
Next decide if you are looking for a place to live or offering a place to live

Existing guests or members should click on the
 Existing guest/member login  link.

Step 2

Complete our questionnaire. You may select the information you wish to publish. Lynx's unique data base uses 280 different criteria to find you suitable matches, so please answer all the questions.

Step 3

Complete My Contact Details Page. You are asked to supply your own Password, your name (first name only is published), your email address, your phone number and mobile/cell phone number.

Please note that if you use Yahoo or Hotmail email addresses, there is a chance you may not receive emails notifying you of new matches, as valid emails maybe misconstrued as spam by their mail servers.

Step 4

Your listing number is generated. Read the profiles of your matches. We use a percentage rate to grade the success rate of matches, plus icons to indicate compatibility.

Step 5

Decide you are happy with your matches and would like to make contact or be contacted. You will find on various pages the words: Join now and start contacting your matches. Pay AU$18.95 once, giving you 6 weeks full membership. These links will take you to the payment page. Full Membership gives you access to our in depth matching questionnaire, comparison grid and facilities to place your photograph on the site. If offering a place to share we suggest your photograph is an external view of your place available.

Remember

If you do not pay, you may list on the site as a Guest to preview new matches. Your file is automatically deleted after 7 days. You may read profiles of matches during this period, however you have no contact details, you cannot access the in-depth matching questionnaire, the Comparison Grid, or place a photograph on the site.

If you are in the system as a Guest or Member, and you do not find suitable matches, do not worry. New people list each day. Your new matches will be automatically emailed to you. It is important to put your correct email address on the Members' Details page to receive those emails. And at any time you can revisit the site and change your preferences ! When you have paid expect calls or emails from your matches! If you don't find a suitable match, don't worry. You are on the system.
